Description
The Molecular Biosciences Department hosts Dr. Can Cenik for his promotion and Tenure Seminar.
Dr. Cenik is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. His lab investigates single cell ribosome profiling for characterizing translation in development, cancer and immunology as well as a computational ecosystem to understand translational control. Dr. Cenik is hosted by Dr. David Stein.
Dr. Cenik's seminar, "Translational Control in Eukaryotes" will be held on Wednesday, August 23 at 12:00 PM in NHB 1.720 with a pizza reception to follow at 1:00 PM.
