Description
The Molecular Biosciences Department invites you to attend Dr. Elif Sarinay Cenik's Promotion and Tenure Seminar.
Dr. Elif Sarinay Cenik is an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin. Her lab investigates how ribosomes and nucleolus regulate gene expression & metabolism and influence development and aging. Their interdisciplinary approach integrates genetics, genomics, computational and molecular biology. Dr. Sarinay Cenik is hosted by Dr. Steve Vokes.
Dr. Sarinay Cenik's seminar, “Ribosomes and the Nucleolus as Key Mediators of Growth and Differentiation in Metazoans” will be held on Thursday, August 21 at 12:00 PM in NHB 1.720 and via zoom with a pizza reception to follow at 1:00 PM.
