Description

The Molecular Biosciences Department is proud to host Dr. Yan “Jessie” Zhang for the Fall 2024 Seminar series.  Dr. Zhang recently received the honor of being appointed the holder of the L. Leon Campbell, Ph.D. Distinguished Professorship in Biochemistry.  Dr. Zhang is a Professor of Molecular Biosciences at The University of Texas at Austin.  Dr. Zhang is hosted by Dr. Dan Leahy.

Dr. Zhang's seminar, “Phantom Phosphorylation: Uncovering New Layers in Eukaryotic Transcription” will be held on Wednesday, December 4 at 4:00 PM in POB 2.302 with a reception to follow.
